Environmentally friendly dust filter with a cardboard frame, equipped with a double seal. Providing precise installation of the filter in the recuperator guides, ensuring protection of the exchanger along with the ventilation ducts. It is used for particle filtration in mechanical ventilation, recuperation and air conditioning units. The structure of the filter is made of glass microfibers, finely pleated in minipleat technology, separated by hot melt separators that allow for the formation of rigid plithes. The filter pack is then glued tightly to the cardboard housing. A fine accordion allows the maximum use of the frame volume by obtaining the largest possible filtration surface, ensuring the longest operation of the filter. Increasing the filtering surface capable of storing contaminants in filters with an increased surface compared to standard filters allows to reduce the flow resistance or increase the air flow through the filter due to the enlarged filtering surface and thus the capacity of the filter having identical external dimensions. Then, on the side edges, gaskets with a thickness of 4 mm (filter dimensions plus gasket) are used, allowing the filter to adhere perfectly to the assembly cassette. This results in the lack of penetration, otherwise the occurrence of air blows at the contact of the filter with the guides. The filter with a gasket guarantees better protection of the exchanger and ventilation ducts as well as the improvement of the operation of the mechanical ventilation system of the house, office, apartment, company and industrial buildings, always maintaining the highest quality of air inside the building. This form of the filter structure and the arrangement of the filter cartridge with increased durability allows for more effective use of the frame volume by obtaining a larger filter area, ensuring longer product operation. Glass microfiber filter paper with increasing density at the air outlet side of the filter provides very low resistance during the entire period of filling the filter with impurities. Particulate cassette filter, finely pleated into filter packets in the G4 filtration class with ePM10 efficiency 50% in the dimensions 173x445x48 mm, allows to capture 50% of particles from the air, i.e. spores, cement dust and other impurities smaller than 10 μm (micrometers).
